Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept : Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Visa Electron, Solo and Visa Debit. You may send your credit card information via Phone or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. 99% of the time if the size is not available at the time of ordering then we will unable to order it for you. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Tax Charges: For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. V.A.T. is included in all our prices. We only see whether your transaction has been authorised. No Card details are stored in anyway on any of our systems. They are not held in clear text on any web site

Your right to cancel: You have the right to cancel your order at anytime, if the goods have not been worn and undamaged and returned with all original labels as supplies

Our right to cancel:If a payment address cannot be verified with the card issuer or our online authorisation payments area declines your authorisation we have the right to cancel your order. Please when entering your card details ensure that the details which you are asked for as they appear on your credit/debit card statement. Returns Policy

We offer a 16 Day money back guarantee from the date of purchase. All goods must be in the condition they were sold. All tags and labels must be present and attached as originally supplied, any garments with tags and original packaging removed may not be refunded.

Any refund does not include the cost of any delivery charge.
Any package lost or damaged in transit, Michael Stewart Menswear will not be held responsible for.
We recommend you to use Royal Mail Special Delivery for any returns as they will insure any product up to £500.00 if your parcel is lost or damaged in transit.
