Hi guys, Sam here from Michael Stewart Menswear, and we're back with another New Balance video. Today, we're going to take a look at the 370. Now this is the new kid on the block; it's only been out for a few seasons, and it was actually designed by the same person who made the phenomenal 327s, so she's designed a trainer, based it on basically 70s retro runners. You can see that in the design, but they've really brought it into this modern century, and these are super crisp, super super clean, kind of can be worn with anything, and the colourways really reflect that as well.

So let's start with this, we've got this really nice tonal white, what you're always going to get with these is a, for the most part, sometimes a contrast sole but you're always going to get some nice leather detail such as on the 'N' and on the back where you've got the embroidered New Balance and then as always with New Balance we're going to get a nice mixture of materials. So this has got a lovely, lovely suede, nice and soft and then a mesh contrast as well. So it's keeping that sportiness, it's keeping that heritage, but that is super sleek, super clean, really, really fresh and crisp. That can be worn with pretty much any sort of casual outfit.

Next, we can go the complete opposite and go a little bit darker, but keeping with the contrast sole, but in a nice mix of greys. This colourway is down as black, so it's got the black contrast sole but it's more of a sort of gunmetal grey on the sides there, contrast white laces and detailing, but tonal on the 'N' again in a nice sort of vintage looking leather but the thing is super, super soft, feels absolutely phenomenal, really nice and padded around the heel there as well so you can get lots of wear out of this, it's gonna be super, super comfortable for daily wear as well but it's fresh, it's clean, it's modern but it still leans into that nice retro feel.

Let's take a look at another colourway, this one is an absolute stealth piece, all blacked out, black sole, black midsole, a bit of a hairier suede on this as well so it's got a little more texture, the actual 'N' itself is slightly vintaged, it's like a cracked leather but it still feels soft, it still feels absolutely lovely and wonderful. The New Balance is actually printed on the back as opposed to embroidered. So all these styles, although they look the same, give nice little subtle differences in materials, in composition, in manufacturing techniques, but what you're always getting is a quality pair.

And for the colour pop in the 370, we have this beautiful bright green as well, so again, lovely, lovely soft suede, mixed with the mesh, embroidered on the back, plenty of padding and a really comfortable midsole, again just absolutely stands out, really pops and this is what we're going to try and bring you more of, this is our sort of second season now with the 370, it's been really popular, definitely being picked up in sort of these nice timeless colours but we are seeing some traction on the more seasonal pieces as well just because they are a bit interesting, they are something new, that's what we like. People who like to collect trainers want that newness, and this is what we're going to try and bring you at Michael Stewart from New Balance, especially, is always the newness.
