Returns Policy

We offer a 14 Day money back guarantee from the date the customer receives the goods. For International orders, we allow an additional 7 days, due to the time it can take to be returned from overseas. All goods must be returned in the condition they were sold. All tags and labels must be present and attached as originally supplied, any garments with tags and original packaging removed or/and damaged may not be refunded.

If you return your order to us after the 14 Day money back guarantee has run out we will give you a complementary Credit Note for further purchases to the value of the garment/s ordered.

At Christmas, we appreciate that's not always possible as items are bought in advance to be given as gifts at Christmas time. So if you're ordering items now as Christmas presents, you will be eligible to return them up to January 14th, for an exchange or a credit note, as long as they have not been worn or used, and have the original labels attached.

Please note that returned products must always be packed with a note (document included) stating the goods are returned products. Failure to do this will result in import duties being removed from the amount refunded, at the customers expense. We strongly advise you make it clear that the product is a return. Many thanks for your co-operation, it is greatly appreciated.

This does not affect your Statutory rights.

Please ensure that all parcels are completely secure.

Any refund does not include the cost of any delivery charge going out, or coming back for the return of goods.

Any package lost or damaged in transit, Michael Stewart Menswear will not be held responsible for.

For your peace of mind, We recommend you to use a delivery service that insures that we sign for the goods on their return.
