How does the "Heritage" Liddesdale fit compared to the "Classic" Liddesdale?

The Heritage Liddesdale is known for its slim, tailored fit, whereas the Classic Liddesdale is historically known for its generous oversized fit.

Should I size up or down in the Barbour Heritage Liddesdale?

Due to the Heritage Liddesdale having a tailored fit, we recommend our customers size up one if they plan to layer underneath the jacket.

Is the Heritage Liddesdale waterproof?

No, the Heritage Liddesdale is not waterproof. Though the jacket can handle wind and light rain thanks to its polyamide material, it will absorb water in heavy downpours.

Does the Barbour Liddesdale have an internal pocket?

Yes, the Liddesdale has a zipped security pocket on the inside, which is great for storing your valuables such as your phone and wallet. There are also two external patch pockets on the front, perfect for keeping your hands warm on those cooler breezy days.  

Is the Barbour Heritage Liddesdale machine washable?

Yes, the Barbour Heritage Liddesdale can be machine washed at 40°C, unlike its waxed counterparts. However, it is recommended to be hung-dried rather than put in a tumble dryer.
