Is the fabric stiff, and do the XX chinos stretch?

The XX Chinos are definitely not stiff. Levi’s explicitly markets them with the tagline "don't call them khakis" because they are significantly softer than traditional stiff twill. This is because they are made of 98% cotton and 2% elastane, which gives them a comfortable, active stretch that moves with you throughout the day.

Do the Levi’s® XX Chinorun true to size, or should I size up?

We find that the XX Chinos run true to size due to the built-in stretch. However, for our customers with highly muscular thighs or calves, you may want to size up by one waist size for a slightly more relaxed drape.
