Click & Collect

We offer a complimentary collect in store service, to our Selby, North Yorkshire store.

Collection is available from Monday to Saturday, 9am – 5:30pm.
To collect your order you will need a valid photo ID and the order number.

 

UK Delivery

FREE DPD UK Mainland delivery on orders over £99

£4.95 via DPD Express delivery on orders under £99

Royal Mail 2-3 working days delivery £2.95 (Applicable to orders under £50 & weigh less than 500g)

FREE collection from our Selby, Yorkshire Store. Postcode YO8 4AL

Order by 3pm (GMT) Monday to Friday for same day dispatch, on our DPD Express service. 

Your order should be delivered by DPD the Next Working Day.

Please note any orders placed after 3pm on Friday or throughout the weekend will not be collected by our courier until Monday afternoon. Your DPD tracking number will not become active until early Monday evening.

For most orders, if you provide us with your mobile number, DPD will send you a message to let you know you expected 1-hour delivery slot. If you are unable to accept the delivery at that time, you can arrange to collect from your local DPD pick up shop, leave with a friendly neighbour or to redeliver the next available day.

International Shipping

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

Michael Stewart Menswear Ltd has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due. This information is essential and must be taken into consideration before purchase - especially to customers in the EU now Brexit has been finalised.

Please note if your order was dispatched after 3pm on Friday your tracking number will not become active until Monday evening. On Monday through to Thursday, tracking numbers will become active after collection around 4pm.

Delivery Exceptions

We do deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Please allow to an additional few working days for the express delivery service. Please note there may be postcode restrictions and additional charges.

Please note deliveries may be delayed during busy sale periods, Bank Holidays and adverse weather conditions.
