EU Taxes & Customs Information
UK to EU orders are now subject to EU import VAT at your country's VAT rate. All orders will be delivered on a DAP (Delivered at Place) service which will require the VAT and duties to be paid directly to the courier before delivery of the goods. Our courier will contact you beforehand to allow you to make payment.
All orders to Europe will be charged VAT FREE at checkout.
Orders will incur a local rate VAT charge (based on the location of the customs clearance house) and a delivery agent handling fee.

Michael Stewart Menswear Ltd has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be exactly, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due. This information is essential and must be taken into consideration before purchase and proceeding with your order is an acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions.
