Please note any orders placed after 3pm will be sent out the day after. This is the Courier Cut off.

Please note any orders placed after 3pm on Friday or throughout the weekend will not be collected by our courier until Monday afternoon. Your courier tracking number will not become active until early Monday evening.

For most orders, if you provide us with your mobile number, the courier will send you a message to let you know you expected delivery time.

Orders will be collected by our couriers every WORKING DAY (Monday-Friday) Excluding Bank Holidays.

Please note if your order was dispatched after 3pm on Friday your tracking number will not become active until Monday evening. On Monday through to Thursday, tracking numbers will become active after collection around 4pm.

Click & Collect

We offer a complimentary collect in store service, to our Selby, North Yorkshire store.

Collection is available from Monday to Saturday, 9am – 5:30pm.

To collect your order you will need a valid photo ID and the order number.

International Shipping

We ship world-wide and exclusively use DHL for the fastest and most reliable service.

Please note if your parcel weighs over 2kg we may contact you to cover the extra carriage fee

Terms & Conditions of International Orders

Michael Stewart Menswear Ltd has no control over import duties, VAT, or customs charges.

Exact charges vary by country and are set by your government, not by us.

DHL’s systems will estimate these fees at checkout, but the final amount is confirmed by customs.

The amount you pay to Michael Stewart Ltd at checkout is only for the item(s) and shipping.

Important:

The customer is fully responsible for any parcels returned due to unpaid customs charges.

If a parcel is returned, we will deduct postal fees, return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees from any refund.

Placing an order with us means you accept these terms.

Delivery Exceptions

We do deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Please allow to an additional few working days for the express/next day delivery service. Please note there may be postcode restrictions and additional charges.

Please note deliveries may be delayed during busy sale periods, Bank Holidays and adverse weather conditions.

Security & Liability

Our couriers ensure that your goods are correctly delivered/signed for thus ensuring that your parcel is in safe hands. Michael Stewart does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (eg shed, garage, neighbour, bin, door step etc) we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

Your purchase is insured if your parcel is lost/damaged/stolen whilst in transit and under the care of the couriers. Once the parcel is delivered or signed for (if applicable) then it is no longer covered under this agreement and the responsibility of the parcel and its contents falls to the recipient.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery or a lost item deemed the courier’s fault, you must inform our customer service team within 3 working days of the expected delivery date.
  • Reporting Window: Failure to notify us within this 3-working-day window means our team will be unable to launch an investigation with the courier. Consequently, a lack of timely notice will result in the customer assuming full liability for the lost or missing package.
  • Investigation Timeline: Once a missing item is reported, we will initiate and follow the courier’s official investigation process. Please note that these investigations are controlled by the delivery network and can take up to 10 working days to resolve.
Disputed Deliveries & Official Denial of Receipt (DOR): If the courier's tracking information and internal investigation conclude that the order was successfully and correctly delivered, a resolution (such as a replacement or refund) may not be offered automatically.
If you wish to dispute the courier's findings, you must process an official Denial of Receipt (DOR) claim.
  • Customer Compliance: To proceed, the customer must fully comply with the courier's specific claim process and provide any additional information, signed forms, or evidence to the courier upon request.
  • Claim Closure: Failure to provide the requested information or cooperate with the courier's timeline will lead to the claim being permanently closed.
  • Resolution: Please note that in the event of a disputed delivery, a resolution will only be offered if the courier formally accepts the claim.

If your order is returned to sender due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, you will be liable to pay the return delivery charges.

To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement and that the card holder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.

For security reason’s customers may also be subjected to standard fraud prevention checks which could delay your order.
