At Michael Stewart Menswear, we want you to shop with confidence this Christmas season! Please see our holiday returns policy below for items purchased as gifts.
Exchanges & Credit Notes (Christmas Extended Period)
We understand that gift-giving can be tricky! For purchases made between 1st November 2025 and 24th December 2025, we are offering an extended period for exchanges and credit notes. If your gift isn't quite right, you will be able to exchange the item or receive a credit note up until 31st January 2026.
This extended period for exchanges and credit notes is subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- The credit note will be valid for one year and can be used for future purchases at Michael Stewart Menswear.
Refunds
Our standard 14-day returns policy for a refund remains in effect. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. The full information on our refund policy can be found here.
Important Notes
- Please retain your proof of purchase (invoice or email confirmation) as this is essential for all returns and exchanges.
- The extended period applies to exchanges and credit notes only. The 14-day limit for a refund is strictly enforced.
